In adult coaching I work with the parents. Because only when mom and dad are in their power, their triggers are solved and they also move stress-free through their everyday family life, it is possible for the children and adolescents to integrate the strategies and thinking alternatives experienced and learned in the coaching into their everyday life.
Children are our greatest chance and hope; to enable them to become competent, independently thinking and sincere adults who stand up for their values and take themselves seriously is the duty and social task of us all!
