Claudia is an inspiring mentor who I can recommend without reservation. Her support and guidance has really helped me to develop personally and professionally. She is characterized in particular by her quick grasp of situations and contexts. This made our collaboration much easier right from the start. Her deep understanding and sensitivity for the individual needs of her clients is also particularly noteworthy. She takes the time to listen in order to understand the "why" behind the coaching assignment. Only then does she decide whether she is the right consultant for her client. I found this very professional and down-to-earth. Through her individual coaching program, which was tailored precisely to my needs, I learned to accept my weaknesses and stopped constantly fighting against them. This released inner resources that I was gradually able to bundle into strengths. In my case, this meant a great liberation from interpersonal dependencies. My biggest personal gain in recent years.

It was not my first seminar with Claudia Ruhnau and certainly not my last. In addition to her professionalism, I particularly appreciate the joy and openness with which she conveys the content. How she integrates new topics and lets the participants share her experiences. Especially the many practical examples and own experiences make her seminars lively and vivid. She has a very authentic, warm and motivating manner, which carries you along and touches your soul.
For me, her seminars go far beyond mere knowledge transfer, have connected me more with myself, strengthened my self-worth and shown me new possibilities.
