The garage recommendation to CLAYM+ was spot on. The claims team organized a brilliant motor vehicle expert, managed the legal process with the very difficult opposing insurance company perfectly and enforced my claims fully and independently. The competent and very friendly claims team kept me informed of every step by email and telephone. They were available at all times, which is not a matter of course these days. Many thanks to the legal team and the surveyor.

I had to stop in traffic and someone rear-ended me. I didn't call the police, thought the matter was clear and the person who caused the accident was also understanding. When it came to settling the claim
there were then problems. CLAYM+ took care of everything for me and kept me informed of every step by email. I didn't have to worry about anything. Someone from the team was always available by phone and answered my questions.

I was excellently represented by CLAYM +. The insurance company of the party responsible for the accident took two months before the declaration of assumption of costs was issued. Without the professional demeanor of the CLAYM+ employees with reminders and delays, this process could have turned out very differently. I was worried by the behavior of this insurance company, but CLAYM+ kept me informed, supported and reassured throughout this long period. Thank you for being there and for representing me so well.

By involving an expert via KfzSachverstand.de, Claym+ was recommended to me. The entire service was free of charge for me, as I was not at fault for the car accident and the counterinsurance had to pay both the repair costs and the expert opinion/lawyer's fees. I was informed of this in advance. Claym+ requested the police file, took over the contact with the counter-insurance company and obtained both the full repair costs and further payments (compensation for loss, lump sums) for me. I am satisfied and am happy to recommend both the experts and Claym+ to others.
