The police are at the door and tell me that my properly parked car has been badly damaged by a delivery vehicle at the front. Shock!!! The expert who was called took a very thorough look at the damage and advised me to make use of the Claym+ service. I did so and that was the only right decision, because it was almost impossible to contact the insurance company of the party responsible for the damage. The CLaym+ team dealt with the case quickly, with a high level of competence and assertiveness. That is one side of the story. The other side is the way the employees treated me. I've never experienced anything like it: friendly, kind, empathetic, accommodating, understanding... Many a private or official institution could take a leaf out of my book. Conclusion: If someone has a similar misfortune to mine, then he or she is most certainly in very good hands with the staff at Claym+.
