In contrast to "normal" coaching sessions, which in my experience are often a dialog between coach and client, Hardy's approach with the value-oriented, systemic approach of the St. Gallen coaching model encourages the client to exclusively and independently and through strong involvement/recognition of his unconscious under the permanent guidance of the coach
a) to recognize their real issues,
b) uncover the true reasons behind them and
c) to develop the solution/alternative options for action themselves.
The coach is therefore more of a "guide" than a "sparring partner".
This means that these solutions can have a very lasting effect, as they are developed exclusively by the client, for themselves and from within themselves.
