Als wir die Buchung vom 1.FC Bayern München hatten und wir gesehen haben, dass die Trainer und Betreuer, Farbdrucker/Kopierer mit Netzwerk brauchen. Da mussten wir nicht lange Überlegen und haben sofort Herrn Dieter Junge von der Coin Com angerufen und er war mit seinem Sohn sofort bereit das zu Übernehmen. Die Kommunikation mit dem 1.FC Bayern wurde direkt übernommen und wir hatten mit Coin Com die richtige Firma ausgewählt.

Above all, however, it should be emphasized that the focus on my individual needs was paramount and that the offer did not cover any additional services afterwards that I did not really want. I appreciate the prompt and quick processing from the request to the execution. I also like the possibility to think about alternatives. We needed two new handsets for our telephone system and are very satisfied with CoinCom's work. The staff was very helpful and quickly installed another feature to accept calls via smartphone. Thought in solutions, professionally competent and proceeded according to our wishes. From the offer to the completion and later support / maintenance - simply top. 3 locations were connected together in one system, the installation was carried out according to plan. As is often the case, we had changes and these were carried out quickly and professionally. All questions were always answered with patience. Many thanks for a very good service.

You don't have to be an expert yourself to be understood and get exactly what you wanted. What Coincom does all seems very straightforward, although itw certainly is, considering the current technology. Once a Telekom customer => never again! Once a Coincom customer, gladly again and again. I am always advised very obligingly and have the impression that nothing is too much for the team there. Keep it up!
