Concept riding arena construction rescue
After my idea and implementation of Lava 0/4 as a footing layer on the riding arena turned out to be a flop, good advice was needed.
The angel of Concept Reitplatzbau, Petra Dirkes, then helped us with words and deeds. Above all it could go already very promptly, which brought me large relief.
First of all, the situation was discussed and we considered what we could/might want to do ourselves. The rest I then confidently gave into her hands.
She sent us another angel from the team, who transformed our riding arena back into a usable surface with a wheel loader, grass cutter, laser and everything else that was needed. With northern sand as a footing.
I thought it was super good that the service we needed could be tailored exactly to our needs. For example, we were able to remove the lava ourselves. However, the young man from Concept Reitplatzbau then took the remains down and repaired and leveled the sub-base of crushed stone in a few places. Afterwards the north sand came on it. Thanks to the grass, the laser technology and, above all, the know-how, everything is now perfect. That's where you can see the professionals.
If I were to build a riding arena again, I would do it directly with the right company.
The option of doing the work yourself is also a great offer. Especially if it can be tailored to the specific needs.
At this point, I would like to thank Concept Reitplatzbau for the great work and the very pleasant contact.

first of all, we are always saddened when we have an unsatisfied customer. Perhaps we should have talked reasonably with each other beforehand. You did ask a colleague if we had the sprinkler carts in stock (which we do), but you never mentioned that you were on your way to us. If you had, our colleague would have told you that we were not appropriately staffed that day.
We have our seat on a riding facility and specifically do not want to disturb the riding operation. Therefore this regulation. We also write on all our websites that we only receive visitors / customers by appointment.
In fact, our colleague was then a bit taken by surprise, which was quite frankly also due to your appearance here on the farm. Since our technical staff was not there that day (only they would have had access to the devices), a pickup was simply not possible.
We do not operate a classic retail store with walk-in customers. Accordingly, we do not have a cash register for cash payments, etc.
In short, it seems that the contact simply went stupid. You had a different idea than we run our business here. We are very sorry about that. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best!
