conHestia provides caregivers from Eastern Europe, who relieve the everyday life of the senior and his family. The caregivers are employed in the country of origin and are sent to Germany for a period of about 6-12 weeks. Together with the follow-up staff, the caregivers ensure continuous care at home.
conHestia takes over the legal processing, contract coordination, travel organization, change of forces. The team works closely with the Eastern European employers to select the caregiver, to take into account the client's wishes or to implement changes. conHestia is at the client's disposal with advice and support during the entire contract period.
