Conny Gfrerer has the gift of tackling even difficult topics with her coachee with a great deal of empathy and sensitivity. She picks you up where you are and supports you simply by listening to you. By sharing her own personal experiences, she immediately creates a basis of openness and trust on both sides. Her always friendly and positive charisma also contributes to this. In addition, she has a great deal of specialist knowledge, which she conveys in an easily understandable way.

Coaching with her has brought me personally a lot further and was also fun - even if it wasn't always easy.

I took part in a coaching session with Conny and had some AHA experiences with her and in the group. Most things are somehow chaotically already present in yourself and Conny's questioning techniques enabled me to work out the solutions and incentives myself without being given them in any way. Conny takes a completely neutral approach to issues and it is precisely because of her techniques that I was able to work out results that I can then use and remember again and again.

I did a coaching session with Conny Gfrerer and can only recommend her. Conny is an absolutely competent woman and at the same time a totally empathetic and warm person. She works in a structured way and yet still responds to people individually. The coaching has helped me an incredible amount and I can only warmly recommend Conny!

Conny Gfrerer moderated the workshop "The new normal" for our managers. The structure and process was very structured and Conny Gefrerer also responded very well to the participants by using different approaches and methods. She facilitated the process very confidently, so that we came out of the day with good ideas on how we want to continue working in the future (hybrid, remote, on-site).

She is extremely committed and knows how to use various targeted questions and methods to provide the decisive impetus so that you ultimately recognize for yourself what is now necessary in order to be able to develop further. I thought the keynote was really good. It makes you realize that you can achieve anything.
