After telephone notifications of defects friendly advice and prompt execution of repairs. Employees on the phone always quick to reach or report by calling back. I have been very satisfied with everything concerning our large residential complex for 22 years and feel that I am in very good hands with Contecta Immobilien Verwaltung. Gladly again and again!

Contecta has only been responsible for our residential complex in Dachau for a few weeks, but even in this short time I have been very pleasantly surprised by their fast response times and the transparency of their actions! We did not know anything like that from our previous property management. I find it very pleasant that I can view protocols of inspections or insurance contracts in an area on the Internet that is only accessible to owners.

As a member of our owners' association for many years, I have come to appreciate the support provided by Contecta in a very positive way. The team works very reliably and competently. Particularly in our large owners' association, all matters are handled with an overview and in a comprehensible, legally secure and forward-looking manner, e.g. in the case of renovation measures.
This is not a matter of course, as my professional experience as a master craftsman has shown over the years in other properties.

Recommendation
Contecta has been managing the property of our youth foundation for over 7 years. The property includes rental units, business premises and the YMCA's rooms. A major renovation and an extension also took place during this time. Our wishes are always met with a high degree of flexibility. We feel very well looked after and appreciate the direct communication, as well as the always good advice and the high level of commitment of the person looking after us in each case. We can recommend Contecta without reservation.

As far as possible, the wishes, comments, etc. submitted by me as a member of the management advisory board or as the owner of an apartment are implemented quickly and constructively. Otherwise, I receive concrete information as to why this is not feasible.
When Contecta took over the property management a few years ago due to the decision of the owners' association, it was largely left to its own devices, as the administration that was voted out reacted very uncooperatively.
I also particularly like the social commitment of Contecta Immobilienverwaltung GmbH.

Special praise goes to the property management company Contecta for its help with a major problem:
On Sunday morning, of all days, the elevator went on strike - which is very inconvenient for residents of the top floor
with knee arthritis! Without much hope for help, we called the phone number given for emergencies - and , lo and behold, half an hour later the repair was already starting.
In the early afternoon, we were able to take the elevator down the EIGHT floors to the underground parking garage.
Many thanks to Contecta for the prompt, not self-evident help!
