I took part in the IHK seminar "Sales Manager" with Stefan Kozole. Stefan lectures from practice for practice. He always has concrete examples ready. Stefan was always open to questions from the participants. I really liked the fact that there was plenty of room for the topic of "leadership" and that modern leadership concepts were also addressed. I can therefore recommend both Stefan Kozole as a speaker and the above-mentioned course without reservation.

I experienced Stefan Kozole as a coach with a practical background. In addition to his comprehensive knowledge of sales, sales management, leadership and typology, he knows very well how to underpin the content with practical examples and thus make the learning progress "applicable". I found the course concept (small group, exciting topics, work in small groups) as well as his way of lecturing very suitable for me and would absolutely recommend both the certificate course "Sales Manager IHK" as well as Stefan Kozole / COTUR.

The teaching days were designed by Stefan very good, entertaining and informative. Even after very exhausting trade fair weeks, in which there is usually little sleep, I was still able to participate very attentively due to the pleasant manner.
The contents were very future-oriented and modern. I particularly liked the topics "Typological communication" according to Jung, the open approach in the area of bringing generations together and the interface topic.
Typological communication in particular has had a lasting influence on me at all levels of my life, privately, in business and also in my side business as a dog trainer.
The role plays and the associated change of perspective were a great experience and opened my eyes a time or two.
I experienced this training as very professional and goal-oriented and have already actively recommended it to others.

I can only say: very much! The processes that were triggered by the seminar, the tips and tricks that can be implemented easily, quickly and often free of charge, offer an added value that far exceeds the participation fees!!!

Very realistic examples that allow you to clearly realize the thought process away from the employee to the leader. Well-timed breakout sessions give you the opportunity to get involved. Due to the group dynamics, one can present one's own point of view as well as that of the other participants and also enjoys the insight into different industries. Sevda and Stefan are a super team and complement each other perfectly, regardless of the topic. I got to know two very likeable and competent coaches.
Whether it's about private matters, personality development, professional challenges or leadership development, they help with every problem and have an answer for every question. These are illustrated by practical examples. New perspectives are opened up. You can just tell that they have years of experience and that they are passionate about what they do. I can only recommend Sevda and Stefan to everyone, no matter what life situation is at stake. I wouldn't want to miss the input and experience they give me every time.
The highest good is the investment in oneself. And for this you are exactly right with Sevda and Stefan.
