We viewed a house that was for sale and felt well looked after. The estate agent was able to answer all our questions, had documents about the house with her that we could take a closer look at on request and you could tell that she had already dealt with them herself. We have often had bad experiences with other estate agents in this respect. We were then given a high-quality exposé. The communication during the process and afterwards was always very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend working with them!

The visit and also the contact afterwards was good and very friendly. It was unfortunately overshadowed by the withdrawal of the rental commitment of the landlord. Fortunately, I had not yet canceled my lease due to the promise. Whether my landlord would also have accepted a revocation? Perhaps you should advise prospective tenants who have received a promise and also a draft lease agreement, even to cancel only when you have also signed the lease. Otherwise, the consequences could be fatal. Of course, I would still recommend you, since you are not at fault. If you should ever have corresponding offers in Elmenhorst/Bargteheide again, please feel free to contact me.

We liked everything from the first contact to the handover of the apartment. We have always received quick and detailed feedback on various topics, as well as help and tips. Ms. Bruhn has always been nice and open-minded towards us and everything was organized that needed to be clarified. In addition, she gave us neutral advice or showed us everything and at no time did we have the feeling that she wanted to impose something on us. We would always come back to her if we were looking for something new and would definitely recommend her. For now, however, Ms. Bruhn has found us our dream apartment and we are happy about it every day.
