My first IT experiences date back more than 20 years: Back then, I was greeted every morning by a white cursor flashing pleasantly on a black screen. Microsoft Office consisted of about 10 floppy disks and nobody was thinking about artificial... intelligence or the Internet of Things yet. We were happy when the Internet was invented and a website was "already" loaded within a few minutes on the first try.
At the age of 18 I started my own business and began my career as a computer wrench and software developer. In the years that followed, I had plenty of opportunities to gain know-how in the hardware and software industry and to learn a lot.
This was followed by experience in creating websites, and not long after that Facebook came knocking in Germany and turned the Internet upside down. Other social media platforms were not long in coming. Since I have been enthusiastic about new technologies for as long as I can remember, I have dealt intensively with all platforms and also used them for business purposes. I am happy to pass on the knowledge and skills I have acquired in this way in lectures, seminars and workshops.
At the same time, I have always been involved with the Microsoft Office package and used it extensively. In the past 10 years, but at the latest since Office 365, the functionalities and possibilities of these programs have really excited me. This enthusiasm is the source of my work as a lecturer and coach.
