The exercises were always in positive feelings and yet painful was allowed to go. After the 5 days I felt emotionally rejuvenated. The method is also effective in everyday life and I can continue to practice it independently. All in all, thank you dear Daniel, I am thrilled by the effect and tell my environment about the positive experiences.
However, there was one drawback. The group was too big for my taste and the meetings were very long. I would have had more questions, but in this group size I then took myself back.

The five-day intensive course was a complete success for me, very rich in content, led by Daniel Sarti pleasantly, sympathetically and highly competently, with a lot of heart and intensive, also intuitively confident approach to the individual participants.
