After initial skepticism about paying an unknown company for a service in advance, I decided to place the order with Abmelden.de. I was very quickly proved wrong. The entire process was very fast and very friendly. All my questions were answered within a short time. In my case there was still a problem with the processing, but here too the response was professional and quick. There are no hidden costs, and in special cases like mine, the prices were made transparent immediately. My matter has now been resolved and I can only recommend this company.

They are too slow for something that should be fast, never reply, AWFUL UX (where you can't even have the messages ordered). Nobody help, they copy-paste prepared answers instead of reading your issue

Abmelden.de did their job, even though I found their services really expensive. What I found personally intolerable is that they address all people by first name, no matter who it is or where from. I come from a culture - Japan -, where first names are never ever used, even not with friends. After I complained, the customer service person explained to me that this is how they do things, because their customer like it that way and they continiued to address me by first name. I find this offensive and rude. It is another example which is common in Germany: arrogantly imposing their values on everybody no matter what. For a company which deals with international customers they displayed a complete lack of cultural sensitivity.
