My rating refers to the current caregiver Roman Todorov. He is honest and reliable, is open to our wishes and suggestions and does things that are not generally part of his duties. He doesn't have the confidence to do the shopping on his own - as Helma's husband, I go with him and do the shopping together, which is difficult for me. Here, too, he is open to suggestions. In general, he is a good help to us and my wife Helma, and in the end he is easy to get along with linguistically. all in all, he is very attentive.

Response time very good.
Good impression of employees.
Unfortunately, the initial support period of 2 months until the changeover could not be met and has now been shortened to 5 weeks (negative)

We were looking for a suitable solution for the care of our grandma and thus got in touch with Pflegehilfswerk. The process was very coordinated and also explained in an understandable way. We thought it was great that we were allowed to call the proposed caregivers in advance. Leandra has been with us for two weeks now. The first two days were a bit bumpy, because she was a bit shy - but we don't want to miss her anymore!!! Our grandma feels very comfortable and we are also very relieved now! Thanks again for the great placement!!!
