Great personal and very empathetic support. Undine & Christoph have helped me redefine and achieve professional goals and redesign some areas in my life to achieve a better work-life balance. Their support is incredibly valuable, and I would be very reluctant to give up being coached by either of them on a regular basis! These moments are like a little time out from everyday life, where you can find yourself, get some distance - and then return to it with a new perspective and freshly motivated. As an entrepreneur, I see this as absolutely necessary self-care!

I can absolutely recommend Undine and Christoph. "The bridge builders" have been with me for about 5 years now and I don't want to miss a visit. I became aware of the two by a coincidence and am so glad that I "dared" to you despite initial doubts. The two are truly "bridge builders". Several times I was in the practice of Christoph and undine, once even quite burdened and desperate. Christoph takes a long time and gives me tools to take home, which I practice more often during the day. Every visit is a huge enrichment. I can only warmly recommend.

Anyone who finds it difficult to stop smoking is exactly right here. Because through the "I am Free Smoke Free Formula" I have managed, with good preparation, to quit smoking overnight. Completely without substitute products or substitute actions. Christoph and Undine were available at all times and were always ready with advice and support when things got stuck. Like a consultation in your practice, only virtual in front of the PC. I thank them so much for the "I am Free Formula". Now I am already four months smoke-free and have not smoked a single cigarette. If I have achieved this, others will also achieve this 100%.
