We had a very nice contact with Mr. Platzek, because we plan to buy a house in Germany and we ourselves live in Austria. We wanted a purchase price estimate from him. He advised us in detail on the phone and when we provided him with the documents, he very quickly prepared a market value appraisal. We received the documents in advance by mail, because we were also a little pressed for time and then 2 days later the entire extensive report very nobly bound and packaged by mail. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. We can heartily recommend Mr. Platzek. Thank you!

And in your case, the involvement of GUTACHTENMANUFAKTUR was worthwhile in several ways! On the one hand, there was the high price of the purchase property, which created an aha-moment after our plausibility check, and on the other hand, the fact that listed properties are not really attractive in terms of price - let alone the constant exchange with the monument office in order to be allowed to carry out repairs and modernizations.
