I went to the practice to lose weight. After the first session I already felt full and my cravings were significantly reduced. I have already tried a lot of diets and nutritional advice. Here, for the first time, I have the feeling that so much has changed mentally and that I can reduce and maintain my weight in the long term. I am very happy to recommend this practice to others.

I had 3 sessions for weight loss.
The practice is cozy, but you have to search a bit for a parking space.
Ms. Kundrikova made a very pleasant and competent impression on me. Before each hypnosis session, she explained to me exactly how she would proceed and so I was able to get involved without fear.
It remains to be seen whether the sessions will "bear fruit" in the long term. In any case, I am very motivated and very optimistic and excited.

Ms. Kundrikova is an all-round asset to this industry! I had not encountered this kind of expertise before. I was with her for an extended period of time and there were some stubborn hurdles to overcome. Ms. Kundrikova is very professional and solution-oriented, but never forgets the individual. She also focuses on the individuality of each person. Her manner immediately conveys trust, so that no uncertainties can arise. She always enquires about the patient's condition at every stage and starts there. At no point do you feel left alone or not well advised. It was a complete success for me to work with Ms. Kundrikova. Thank you very much for accompanying me on this journey!

I have already had several hypnosis sessions in which we have worked on and resolved various issues. It really is worth every penny. Ms. Kundrikova has a lot of experience in what she does and for me hypnosis with her is one of the most transformative tools, I had tried something similar before. Her caring nature makes you feel that you are in very good hands.

I wanted to change my eating habits because I sometimes ate uncontrollably, thinking that I would eat what and when I wanted. It was like a revolution against my mother, who always tried to control me. Ok, I'm 54 years old :) That's how long it lasts. Mrs. Kundrikova managed to resolve this in 3 sessions. I haven't eaten sugar for 10 weeks now and I only eat healthy food without having to think about it. I've already lost 8 kilos. It's as if she had overwritten the program. Unbelievable! I still had an issue with a pain my dead father took over. She says we'll give it back ... and it's gone. When issues are resolved, other deeply hidden ones often come to the surface and I will continue with the hypnosis and am already looking forward to my appointment next week. Ms. Kundrikova is very goal-oriented, competent and empathetic. Everything I need. Thank you very much for this beginning and I am very excited about the further development. It can only be good :)

I felt well uplifted at all times. The discussions were very fruitful and the hypnosis fulfilled its purpose 100%. I am extremely satisfied. If I had known earlier how easy it was to solve my weight loss and weight maintenance problem, I would have realized it much earlier and not tortured myself with pointless diets. I am infinitely grateful and can definitely recommend the hypnosis practice to others.

Ms. Kundrikova is a very empathetic and sensitive person.
The 10 hypnosis sessions were always very pleasant. With her help, I was able to release many beliefs and treat my addiction issues. I also had sleeping problems, which were successfully treated.
She gave me some techniques that I will continue to use.
I am very grateful to Ms. Kundrikova for her help. She has shown me that hypnosis is an effective method for a wide range of applications.

Fear of driving:
My family and I were actually sure that even hypnosis couldn't help in a case like mine. So I decided not to drive at all. However, this decision severely restricted my everyday life and also meant that my self-esteem became less and less. With a lot of hope but little expectation, after a long struggle I decided to give it one last try and came across Ms. K. on the Internet. After a few sessions, I am now the proud owner of an SUV and have already been on vacation in Italy with the car several times.

Ms. Kundrikova helped me a lot in my exam preparation phase. I couldn't pass my driving test for more than a year. Thanks to her, I discovered my problem, changed driving schools and passed all my tests in a few months. Now I have my driver's license and feel more confident in the traffic flow than before. If you read my review, you might think it is a "favor review". This is because I am actually not only satisfied, but thrilled. The results of the treatment are stunning and I realized and achieved a lot for myself. It was the first time I had such an appointment. Of course, I was insecure and excited. But the interaction with me was very friendly and empathetic. Questions were asked that were necessary for the treatment and did not allow any misunderstandings. At the beginning of the hypnosis, each step to the treatment was explained in detail and I was able to get involved and relax.
In our conversations, Ms. Kundrikova not only addressed my current issue, but also showed me ways to deal with similar issues in the future.
It has been a while since my treatment and I can only say that it was the right decision for me. My everyday life is much more pleasant and free from the previous problems. I am very grateful to Ms. Kundrikova for everything and I can only recommend her.

I find it really amazing and impressive how well hypnotherapy works - I didn't expect that! Monika Kundrikova has a lot of experience, she is empathetic and trustworthy, and she explains her approach very well. I did five sessions as a kind of acute intervention and I feel much more stable and also much more positive. Many thanks for that! However, you also have to really actively cooperate, because you are not relieved of your own responsibility. I can highly recommend treatment with her.

What can I say is ne cool woman. You can laugh with her and I'm sure also cry when you feel like it. Appointments are relatively prompt. You always have a success after the session and feel totally energized. She explains super well and clearly. I like her voice during hypnosis. I was thinking of having her record a meditation for me to do at home. Vllt they should start another meditation podcast.:)
Ms. K. has helped me a lot. Recommend her clearly and find her incredibly sympathetic with her storytelling.

After my first visit to Ms. Kundrikova's hypnosis practice, I was very enthusiastic and already felt much better than before. I was able to let go very well, as Ms. Kundrikova is very emphatic and responsive to the individual needs of her clients. I learned so much about myself and my life that I could not learn in 10 years of psychotherapy. Every single penny was worth it and I would go to her again anytime.
