You can't put it into words, except to say one thing: Wow! It is painful to look where it hangs. When you walk the path with Jana, you feel incredibly liberated and strong.

I had an individual hypno-therapy with Jana over several sessions. Jana is an insanely sensitive and empathetic person and you can see her passion for the subject directly. I have been dealing with certain issues such as self-worth, self-acceptance and also problems in interpersonal relationships for several years, which I could not solve on my own or only very slowly. I hoped to be able to make faster steps forward through hypnotherapy.

At the beginning I was skeptical and also a bit afraid, because I didn't know what to expect, but finally curiosity and the desire for change won out. I was also afraid that it wouldn't work for me because I'm an insane head person. Yes, you have to be able to get involved and let go. That's a basic prerequisite for achieving the best possible effects here. The trusting atmosphere that Jana created right at the beginning definitely helped me to do that.

Especially the forgiveness work with Jana has changed so much in my life. Previously problematic family relationships have now become much easier. I am now much better at accepting and embracing issues that I can't change, setting boundaries better, and have become more forgiving, which actually translates into easier relationships in general.

What was really amazing for me was that through hynpnosis, feelings come out that I have never felt like this before in my life. Security, confidence, trust in life. I was winged and never wanted the feeling to go away. :-) Jana's tools and meditations for self-hypnosis have become an essential part of my everyday life and I don't want to miss them anymore.

I am very happy to have chosen the journey with Jana. Even though some changes have only become noticeable over time, I realize that hypnotherapy with Jana has changed quite a bit in my life. Jana is an extraordinary person and her work is just wonderful. At the beginning I was skeptical and it was a big step. During the therapy it was just special. It is beautiful to experience how the body "independently" carries out the processes that Jana initiates in hypnotherapy. Of course, the sessions are also exhausting, that I will not leave out here. Overall, it was a wonderful journey and it helped me very well. And it is not an exaggeration when I say that I would like to go to her the whole year. I once said to her: "One session with you is like two weeks of vacation". Simply because after the sessions I felt so recovered and so in balance with myself. A heartfelt recommendation and I would always entrust myself to Jana again.

I found Jana because I just couldn't get any further. I had previously worked through my past in countless hours of therapy and also understood from my mind that nothing of this happened out of malicious intent. And yet I never came to feel that it was "ok" what happened. The inner child work and also the forgiveness have enabled me to make a personal quantum leap on all levels in my life. I was able to forgive from the bottom of my heart and and my fellow human beings. Through the inner child work I have gone so deep, to the source. I am infinitely grateful for this journey with Jana. At first I was very skeptical whether I could be helped with my issue of extreme anger and sadness that has been present for years. But I was completely convinced by the hypnosis treatment. I am now able to enjoy my life much more openly and freely about 6 months after treatment.

After I had already been to several psychologists and had the feeling that I was one of many and no improvement had occurred, I contacted Jana full of hope, but also skepticism. Already in the pre-communication I felt directly in good hands and above all understood. Jana did not minimize my problems, but encouraged me that I do not have to be embarrassed or ashamed. I thought the get-to-know-you conversation was great. Jana and I spoke on the phone and she has such an empathetic manner that I was able to openly tell her what I was struggling with. And I have never met Jana before. I've never been able to talk to her the way I was able to talk to her there. And that continued in the sessions. Jana asks questions that have had a lasting impact on me and have helped me to question my heart walls and emotional outbursts. But not in the direction that I thought was the most important - namely "Why am I like this?" Recognizing this is one thing and nice to know. But much more important is to learn to deal with it and how can I work on it in the future to break down my heart walls and transform negative feelings, thoughts and associated anger outbursts. Finding the way for me - Jana helped me a lot with that. It takes courage and honesty - especially with myself. Jana made it possible for me to rethink, to formulate my feelings, to express my fears. This is how my partner and I have managed to find each other honestly and intensively. I can now give and accept much more. I no longer push my partner or even friends away from me. I formulate my thoughts, my feelings and stand by them and myself. Not only I, but also my partner and my family are infinitely grateful and happy that I dared to take the step to Jana and that I am finally feeling better. I feel happiness and appreciation again and that is priceless and gives back so much quality of life.

I felt very safe in Jana's experienced hands the whole time. As a very headstrong person, I have a lot of questions, I would prefer to understand everything and know beforehand, whether it is the procedure or otherwise. Even the first info conversation was so empathetic and informative at the same time, which answered many of my questions and I quickly felt comfortable.

At the beginning I also thought the online concept was not mine, but I have to say it all went great. I was able to let myself fall and be guided, even though it wasn't always a walk in the park. Jana is such a warm-hearted, humorous, sympathetic and empathetic personality who took a lot of time for me and I appreciate this very much. She accompanied me on my way to myself and supported me competently in letting go of my (stressful) past/fears.

After this journey I have more and more energy and clarity. I female (59 years) was of the opinion that I stand with both feet in life. Then I got a personal defeat and everything in me broke. It gnawed at my self-esteem and there I learned about Jana Merten with the Merten Hypnosis. So I deal with the subject after a psychologist could not help me. At first Jana thought so young, what should she explain to me. It was not about explaining, it was about a journey to myself. About the inner child work, to forgiveness to regression. I have felt so much , perceived , cried , laughed , feelings to let just go through all the emotions.

I came to Jana after suffering from panic attacks and anxiety and worthlessness for over 20 years. I tried so many therapies and nothing really helped me solve my problems and make me feel good, just that feeling was always missing. I was never a person who thought much of unconventional therapies and Jana 10000% taught me better. During the therapy I felt so well supported and held by Jana that I knew it would get better. My journey was intense and filled with so many emotions that I have not felt for so long that it was simply overwhelming. Jana has shown me a wonderful path where everything is allowed to be, through this my view on the feelings of other people has changed completely and I can mirror much better what other people need and especially what I need. I am incredibly grateful to Jana for this way with fear and panic but not at the wheel but deep resting inside me and would recommend everyone to do this therapy with her. She is the absolute heart person and priceless for what she does!

Due to recurring emotional crises and several unsuccessful (classical) therapies with various psychotherapists, I came across Jana and her hypnotherapy. In the meantime I already knew what was wrong with me and that I should and wanted to get in touch with my subconscious.
Jana contacted me promptly and explained her methodology to me and asked me about my issues/symptoms.
The 6 sessions moved a lot in me. I was even ready to change jobs after 27 years. I am grateful for the experience and support! In 6 sessions I achieved so much more than in the previous therapies over many years.
I was allowed to learn to perceive unpleasant feelings again. It is still not easy for me, but I try to understand their message.

I (38 years old, female) suffered from fear of failure and loss, strong self-doubt and the feeling of not being enough and not being lovable.
This burdened my partnership, my everyday life and most of all myself.

In addition, I had been suffering from an autoimmune kidney disease for more than 10 years, which restricted my everyday life very much and was treated with strong medication.

Since I have already tried many different methods to become "healthy" and so far no method has made THE breakthrough, I really had big doubts whether hypnosis can work for me so and whether I am "suitable" for it at all.

And since I have decided for the online treatment due to time constraints, I was also skeptical at first whether this can work at all.

In the end, two people convinced me of hypnosis.

Since the treatment I feel different. Arrived in myself and united. Satisfied. Appreciating myself, liberated and lighter.
So much has changed. I walk through life relaxed, calm and with my feet firmly on the ground and have significantly less anxiety. Even my fear of heights is noticeably decreasing.
I am no longer so dependent on love from the outside, because I love and value myself much more.

And probably the most fascinating and measurable change is my kidney disease.
After the hypnosis I felt the need to start an attempt with my doctor to stop my medication.
I must say that so far all previous attempts have failed miserably.
And what can I say... The medications are almost completely off and my kidney function is absolutely stable!
I and my kidney are doing well and I am absolutely convinced that hypnosis made this possible in the first place. Because with it a primal trauma could be solved, which showed itself with me not only psychically, but also physically in the kidney disease.

Of course, hypnosis was not only easy. And you have to want to get to the cause of your own suffering.
But whoever sets out on the path, has in Jana the perfect support and the perfect backing to master the path.

And afterwards everything is so much easier, simpler and more loving that I can only recommend everyone to dare to go the way with Jana!

I participated in the online hypno group last May.
I came to Jana with panic attacks, dizziness and anxiety. I could not feel myself anymore. After the first phone call with Jana, who directly perceived my essence, my fear, directly gave me a push to think, I had hope again to get everything under control and as she likes to say my "bullshit" thoughts overboard. Because it was indeed "bullshit" thoughts that kept me in a cage.
During the sessions, I always and without exception felt very comfortable and at ease! Between sessions and even now, I do healing trances to be able to see and feel myself in the future. Jana has such an incredibly strong and soothing voice, she makes you feel that you can do anything imaginable and you can!
It's not a miracle cure of course and you always have to keep your eye on the ball, but you get the best tools and mentor you can imagine! For this I was, am and will always be very grateful!

I - a super strong, unshakable, self-confident and tackling woman shaped by life - at least on the outside - was looking for support in solving the big question 'who am I really?' apart from the patterns, conditioning and expectations of the -outside- ?
Why do I have this control compulsion, these trust problems, this constant need to always fulfill the expectations and wishes of others?

With hypnotherapy with you I found so many answers - YOU held me, guided me and helped me to free myself!
It was upsetting, insightful and just rad!
