We were in the Neuenhagen branch on 04.04.2024 after prior consultation with Mrs. Vandre for vacation planning December/January 2024/2025. For many years we have used the expertise and good quality of advice from Ms. Vandre. This time, too, there were no problems with the planning and booking of the vacation. I was again advised by Ms. Stieding. Incredibly friendly, competent and helpful. All my questions were answered in detail. As soon as I entered the travel agency, I felt that I was in good hands. The next trip is already being planned and will definitely be booked again at the travel agency in Hönow Am Grünzug.

I received a warm welcome at the travel agency and was served delicious coffee. I immediately felt at ease. I didn't need any advice as I booked the same trip as last year. My room preference in the hotel was specified when I booked. That was very important to me. I will visit Die Reiserei again next year for my next trip.

There are offers from reputable tour operators, I was surprised that they are not booked with you, but I think it's the right thing to do
Pleasant ambience in your rooms. very personal conversation uncomplicated and nice, even if not yet knowledge for everything, it is good and encourages to continue learning
