I attended the Dreamteam training course at Dierdre and I am delighted. This training gave me enormous added value and I was able to learn a lot and put it into practice.
Dierdre has selected the theoretical inputs very well, coordinated them with each other and places great importance on ensuring that they can be successfully transferred into everyday life. The program is very well designed with concise theoretical inputs, analyses of your own team and team dynamics as well as reflection on yourself and your own leadership and exchange.
The individual coaching on Insight Discovery provides space for personal questions and helped me to learn more about myself as a leader. I was able to recognize blind spots and learning areas and through the modules Dierdre provided me with valuable methods to tackle these in a targeted manner.
With her great expertise and her warm and natural way of coaching and providing input, she makes this online program very profitable and I can warmly recommend it.
