Mr. Krpesch is a very outgoing and competent man who has great knowledge of human nature and can empathize well with the respective situation of his counterpart and advise accordingly. In doing so, he gives the person seeking help enough leeway to form his own opinion and then make a decision. This all happens in a humorous atmosphere and one almost regrets not having more insurance policies to take out.
