Mrs. Neubauer accompanied us during the sale of our property. She was always helpful to us and was very eager to relieve us of as many tasks as possible. During the whole time she was always level-headed and answered all our questions always patiently and competently. We have walked a long way together, with buyers who jumped out at the last second, with tenants who made life difficult for us, but "our" Mrs. Neubauer always managed to comfort and build us up. At this point, it is important to once again emphasize the service concept of DIMA Immobilien. Always on the ball, Mrs. Neubauer also procured documents and conducted conversations that in reality would have been the responsibility of the seller (i.e. us). She went out to the property to check on things, just to take the pressure off us (we were having a baby at the time). All around feel good care.
Now we are looking for a house and are heartbroken that Ms. Neubauer is not in our search area. If she were, we would only have Ms. Neubauer look for our new home.
