A wonderful journey comes to an end.
Through the course with Dirk I have learned to see things as they are. If someone asks me now, where is my home? I no longer answer with... I live in beautiful Muscheid. I now consciously answer, my home is my body.
I have received so many great experiences and changes from the course that a single recession would not be enough to list all the positives here. However, before I conclude, I must add one more thing. Dirk is a wonderful, delightfully imperfect person. I have never experienced so much love, joy, knowledge, humor, honesty and sympathy in one person. I am infinitely grateful for having been able to meet this wonderful person in my life. We will definitely meet again!

I fands not bad ... however, the content is largely free to find on Youtube. I fands often a bit too long-winded ... would have liked more speed in the content.

I attended the seminar "Day of Mindfulness" on the advice of my wife, and started without expectations, so neutral, in the day of mindfulness. This day touched me so much - and that is difficult to achieve with me - that I subsequently booked the "Basic Course - Learning Happiness through Mindfulness & Meditation" and am fully involved :-) Since then, my life is changing step by step every day. I am very grateful to you, Dirk, for that! And my "Monkey Mind" becomes a little calmer :-)

I can recommend this course to anyone who wants to get to know themselves better and understand where their emotions come from and how to deal with them. In 8 weeks I was able to learn through Dirk's practical course to get my fears under control and to finally sleep better after many years. No empty phrases or calendar sayings, but a tangible step-by-step guide to being happy. This course is really worth its weight in gold!

Dirk offers different formats: I started with the Mindfulness Day because I assumed that the content would be similar to the content of the basic course with 8 x 90 min. at about 8 hours. This is not the case!
The mindfulness day is a good introduction to the topic and to get to know Dirk. Now comes a big plus: he currently offers a free taster session for those interested in the current courses over 8 weeks! I would recommend this to anyone who does not want a single day of mindfulness, but would like to deal with the topic in the long term.
Inspired by the day of mindfulness, I then started the basic course.
Here, too, Dirk offers various options: Courses on site (Klostergut Besselich) or online. The atmosphere of the Klostergut is unique and I would always choose the on-site course again. The online courses are not live courses, but videos that everyone can watch at their own time - extremely flexible for those who live further away and don't want fixed dates over 8 weeks!
Dirk is a super teacher, who brings the topic very close with very practical and everyday examples and already after 1-2 hours in the course you experience daily situations in which you recognize the content, observe and build up your toolbox further by applying the freshly learned. Of course, it is up to each participant to put into practice the knowledge imparted.
Consulting receives 4* because no time is scheduled in the course itself for individual consulting. Individual coaching sessions can be booked instead.
