Because here you will find the widest range of vehicles at moderate prices, including advice and service. We have two vehicles here. Of the locations, however, only Göttingen has always been visited. A clear recommendation.

The handling and cooperation with the Sangerhausen branch was without complaint and very courteous. However, the sales culture now leaves a lot to be desired. My assessment is based on years of experience as a customer in your company since the Sangerhausen branch was established. I have always been fully satisfied with the service and contact. The reason for my displeasure, however, is the fact that I have still not received a service booklet for my new vehicle after asking Mr. Sand several times. I was only given the owner's manual without any vehicle folder and the contract documents loose when the vehicle was handed over. Any documents relating to Eurocare etc. are not available.
I can therefore only answer the question about the recommendation of DiT Göttingen GmbH with "no" at the moment. Perhaps you will take care of my problem, because I would hate to lose confidence in the very good cooperation we have had so far.

Many thanks for the drop-off and pick-up service. I was taken to my friend in Osterode and when my car was ready I was picked up again. For me as an older person it's just a great "taxi" service. I can't cope with a hire car straight away so this was much better...

Great service/performance/organization...... Toyota yaris hybrid-small, fine, technically super, environmentally friendly.... my brand.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed, we were promised a complete check, when I picked up the car I realized that no inspection had been carried out for 2 years, the vehicle also jerks when accelerating and the reversing camera does not work.
And that with a vehicle that was registered with DIT.
It's a shame but I can't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Unfortunately, ordering accessories or spare parts or placing orders is just about enough! The orders get lost in the hustle and bustle.
And the worst thing is always new contact persons see Osterode always others from Göttingen.

I just came in for a windshield wiper on the spur of the moment and they did some minor straightening work on the demolished rear apron as well as small scratches. In the meantime, I enjoyed a cup of coffee. I feel very well looked after at the dealership.
