Deduction of points: Lack of transparency in the awarding of contracts (workshop order), prices are missing for the scope of services, the approximate total sum is only communicated verbally. This makes it difficult to compare prices.

I particularly appreciate the transparent manner and honest advice regarding both the service and repairs to the car. Everything is discussed in advance. The handover of the vehicle was hampered by poor communication. But it was discussed in the end.
There is no plug-in hybrid in the Corolla Cross range. Too bad.
