I had an appointment with you for a tire change on November 30 at 08:30. This was carried out correctly. What is less pleasing, however, is that the dashboard display settings have been completely changed once again. In addition, the seat heating has been activated again (and left on). Why go to the workshop for the 5 meters?
When I handed in the car, I explicitly said that I would wait for the tire change 2 meters behind the reception.

The price/performance ratio is super. I'm super happy with my new car. The advice was also great. Unfortunately, instead of the "maximum" 4 weeks, I had to wait a total of 7 weeks and had to keep calling back because I didn't get an exact answer. That was very annoying. I was prepared to wait and if they had just said it would take longer everything would have been ok. When I brought this up when I picked it up, I didn't even get an apology or an offer as a "small compensation".
DIT Neumarkterstr. I had a small problem with tire pressure, just drove to the workshop, everything was explained and solved. The service was friendly and efficient all round, both at reception and in the workshop. Many thanks to the team.

If I wasn't in such poor health, I would no longer have the two annual tire changes and tire storage done by you. These are ridiculous prices, over €200 for two tire changes and storage. I am very disappointed. If your employees weren't so friendly, I wouldn't have had this done by you for a long time.
