I have had a bullhorn lift. For a long time I had been bothered by the distance between my nose and upper lip being too long. After thorough research, I came across Dr. Garcia and had the procedure done there a week ago under local anaesthetic. You simply don't notice anything, not even what is being done, I was half asleep. I have already seen Dr. Garcia in 2019 and now again in 2024 for a hyaluronic acid treatment under my eyes and on my nose. Dr. Garcia did a fantastic job both times. In August of this year, I finally had my long-awaited breast lift with Dr. Garcia. After several consultations with Dr. Garcia, in which he patiently and sensitively addressed my questions and concerns, I finally decided to have a breast lift because my breasts were extremely sagging after 3 pregnancies. Dr. Garcia also advised me very honestly and openly regarding the advantages and disadvantages of various surgical methods as well as implants. I then decided only to have a lift.
On the day of the surgery I was very excited but in the clinic everyone was very friendly and empathetic and could calm me down.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Garcia 4 months ago. I was primarily concerned with a nicer shape with more volume in the upper and midsection rather than just augmentation. After the consultation and fitting, we decided on relatively small (200 cc) round implants. We definitely didn't want it to look "done" or overly large. In retrospect, I can say it was exactly the right decision and I am very happy with the result. Now I finally feel comfortable even without a pushup.

The surgery went without complications and the care at the clinic was very caring, which significantly reduced my anxiety before the procedure. I didn't need painkillers as early as the 2nd day after surgery and was able to work from my home office without any problems. I would not have expected such a quick recovery at all. The scars are already very inconspicuous and are increasingly fading.
