Dr. Hoffmann assisted me with a dismissal for operational reasons. After the initial consultation, which was well-founded and explained to me as a layman in an understandable way, we then went into negotiations with my employer. Here, in my eyes, he had a human approach to finding a joint solution that was satisfactory for all parties, while at the same time paying attention to and pursuing the goals.
He always had an open ear when I wanted to ask subsequent questions about his team. His feedback, or that of his team, was always very timely throughout the process (double verbatim).
The result - which was considered realistic to achieve beforehand - was achieved and I came out of my situation satisfied.
From me there is an unqualified recommendation, and should another situation in employment law arise with me (even if this is not to be hoped for), I would immediately and with a good gut feeling entrust Dr. Hoffmann again with the representation of my rights. S.B.
