My visit with Dr. Lins was consistently positive. From the initial contact to the completion of the examination, I was completely satisfied.
I was very satisfied not only with his professional expertise, but also with his empathetic and attentive manner. He took the time to discuss my concerns and explain the examination process clearly.
The practice is very modern and has sophisticated equipment. Dr. Lins works very conscientiously and extremely professionally. The adherence to the agreed appointments and the minimal waiting time also contributed to my satisfaction. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Lins and his team. My first appointment was canceled at short notice. When I was at the second appointment and the MRI was ready, I was told that there would be no doctor talk because the doctor is on vacation on my request, when I would get my findings, because I needed it urgently I was told maybe next week, so a week later and I do not find that okay, because I d this finding urgently needed

TOP radiologist... calm extremely friendly Dr., after I had noticed a very large rough hard soft tissue proliferation at the elbow, I have visited several doctors, helpless ... Ok MRI, but as a cash patient only in many weeks, Dr. LINS took me as a self-payer, nervously could not wait any longer, immediately on it, he has me best as a very strong anxiety patient through the " tube " brought...the deflection glasses, fantastic, you can then see out of the device, the air in the MRI fresh and cool, that waiting room in fine weather extended to the roof terrace.... . .very relaxing.... his findings, after personal conversation, was then identical to the assessment of the professor in the tumor center in Grosshadern.... Immediately again... also the staff and appointments deserve 5 stars....

I got an appointment the very next day, everything very uncomplicated. Nice reception in a modern practice with friendly staff and employees. MRI was performed without delay. But the highlight was the friendly and very detailed consultation with Dr. Lins. Not only were the images discussed, but also the possible causes for the complaints were identified and discussed in detail. Conclusion: A top performance!

So far, after the MRI examination, doctor's consultations were not the rule.
Had a very nice phone call with Dr. Lins and it is now proceeded in such a way,
that the patient can decide whether he wants to take this directly afterwards.
My orthopedist, who continues to treat me, was very positive about Dr. Lins' detailed and
treating orthopedist very positive. I can only recommend the practice, procedures are very well
well organized and the large MRI machine allows an anxiety-free examination.

Very friendly staff, which I have always experienced very good mood, and the procedure explained very understandable. Findings can also be sent encrypted by e-mail and appointments can be made online, which I appreciate very much.
But best of all is Dr. Lins, who took a lot of time to explain the MRI scans very competently and give his assessment. Made me feel very well taken care of. I can highly recommend medneo and Dr. Lins!

Recommendation
I went to see Dr. Lins in radiology because of a suspected inguinal hernia. The radiology department has a very modern half-open MRI tube, so I was not claustrophobic.
Dr. Lins explained the findings very clearly and competently, took a lot of time and answered all my questions in full. The surgeon who followed up on me was also impressed by the pictures and the report of the findings and was thus able to plan the surgery much better. I would definitely come back again.
