Dr. König has a very pronounced aesthetic sense and explains clearly what is feasible and sensible. It is nice that he makes his own recommendations with his trained eye. In contrast to other surgeons, he is very clear about what he does not recommend because it is unrealistic, not aesthetically pleasing in the long term, does not suit your body type or simply does not do you any favors. It's very reassuring that he shows up before the operation and takes away all the excitement. I have used him twice and was completely satisfied. The aftercare in the very modern clinic is excellent and the medication is very sophisticated to make the patient's time as comfortable as possible. Of course, everything has its risks and these are not concealed. Dr. König has my complete trust and I would see him again. I therefore hope that he will continue to operate for a long time to come and make people happy with his golden touch. It's so nice to look in the mirror in the morning and see such a fresh face and how you feel inside. Now the two go together again and that's just good for the soul. Thank you so much for that.

At the end of September 2022, at the age of 58, I decided to have a facelift. It was important to me that the treating doctor had expertise in aesthetic and plastic surgery. Through the additional recommendation of an acquaintance, I came to Dr. König in Cologne. The first very detailed conversation with Dr. König confirmed that this was the right place for me. Last June I had a consultation with Dr. König regarding breast augmentation and after the appointment, during which Dr. König took a lot of time for me, I was completely enthusiastic and absolutely sure that I would like to have the operation performed by Dr. König. After the consultation, I was given a fixed date and immediately decided on an operation date in November.
After 5 months, the time had finally come.
In the morning I was received very nicely by a nurse, shown to my room and briefly explained the procedure for the rest of the day and the following day. Then I had to get changed and waited for Dr. König, who came in again shortly before the operation to take pictures of my breast and to encourage me a little, because I was a little nervous. Then I was already driven into the operating room. My friend who is employed by Dr. König was even present during my operation. The anesthesiologist did such a good job that I didn't even notice when she put in my IV and I was already fast asleep.
The time after the operation in the clinic was very pleasant, as far as one can speak of "pleasant". One already feels quite a bit of pressure on the chest and is somewhat light-headed due to the medication. The nurses on the ward took very good and caring care of me day and night!
I spent the night in the clinic and the next morning Dr. König came by again to check on my well-being. After checking my breast, Dr. König gave me some tips and instructions and I was allowed to go home already in the morning.
The days after the operation are not without their difficulties and you should definitely have someone (a friend) to help you during the first few days.
Now 13 weeks after the surgery, I am even more thrilled with the result and can really only recommend Dr. König and his team with the best conscience.

My wish was fulfilled, the result is outstanding, better than any idea that had been considered before.
For me it was immediately clear that Dr. König is the doctor I trust 100%. Everything fit, the friendly manner of the practice team, the charming manner of the doctor and the whole atmosphere.
