We can absolutely recommend Dr.Steinfels. From the first day of our request until the return of our child (5 weeks Vancouver) we were completely advised, accompanied and informed. No question remained unanswered. Even as an underage teenager traveling alone, all documents were complete upon entry into Canada and the pickup at the airport and back, the host family, language school ... it was a successful trip and we parents were unconcerned on the other side of the globe. An all-around successful language trip: very good organization and advance information Dr. Steinfels GmbH, very good language school with very good teachers. Tailored to 50+ participants with an extensive and very nice excursion program was exceptionally nice.

Teaching was excellent, great, dedicated teachers
I really enjoyed the excursions and pub/restaurant visits together.
Accommodation (Peterborough House) has a lot of charm, hosts are super nice, breakfast extensive with lots of fresh fruit.
Nice walk to the college.
Very nice place, lots of flair.

Deductions for advice/customer service: prices for accommodation are not transparent. You actually book binding, but then you still have to pay extra because the standard room is not free despite binding booking.

I made a language trip with Dr. Steinfels Sprachreise in the summer of 2022. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled at short notice. However, the staff contacted me very promptly and took care of a new flight without any problems. I was very satisfied with the service and staff.

I (16) was in Nice for two weeks. Fortunately, I had a very open and friendly host family who always motivated me to use my French. At school, my teachers were very demanding, but also accepting if you ever couldn't think of a conjugation or something. The lessons were well tailored to one's problem areas and definitely helped me. The possibility of level advancement in the courses is in my opinion also a good incentive not to only be on your cell phone during class (even if that was basically allowed). Overall, I can only recommend a language study trip and I would definitely repeat it :)

From the first contact, the advice was good. The detailed information about the upcoming language trip was very helpful and last queries were answered optimally and quickly. The course met my expectations. The combination of team course and personal individual lessons was very good for me.
