In early October 2015, the law firm filed a lawsuit against the VW Group and has since been able to win numerous verdicts for affected customers. Recommendation
Communication required some patience and was only possible via email at the beginning. The handling during the process phase went well, also partly in direct conversation with a lawyer. The claims settlement then again required patience. But with the emphasis on the part of the law firm and good communication, the case was finally concluded with a satisfactory overall result.

I felt that I had won the case. Through the dedication and patience of this law firm, a more than very good settlement was found for me. I believe that the opposing party was ultimately clearly defeated in the settlement reached, even without a conviction by the Higher Regional Court.
Extremely positive was the reliable support, reminder of deadlines. Very prompt reactions and statements to client questions, efficient chats. Understandable advice. I would instruct and recommend this law firm again at any time.
