Unfortunately, we had a very stressful time, the DSL Bank changed their IT system so that there were some problems with the disbursement of our loan. Often our consultant had to call for hours and hang on hold to achieve something. We find that very unfortunate.
I have not yet had any direct contact with DSL Bank, but I am positively surprised by the fast and uncomplicated processing of my loan. I would therefore recommend the bank on these points.
