Especially when it comes to larger sums of money, some matters need to be clarified immediately. But now you can only clarify matters by email almost everywhere. On the one hand, it's very impersonal, and on the other, it takes longer. Sometimes, for example, the facts are not understood and several emails are necessary. In my opinion, this development is a step backwards.
