On 01.12.2022, we ordered a new laptop after detailed consultation with Mr. Gatnar and Mr. Grabe. This was set up by Mr. Grabe according to our needs. On 12.12.2022 we were able to take delivery of our new laptop and received extensive instruction from Mr. Grabe. Mr. Grabe is characterized by his extremely competent and calm manner. On 15.12.2022 we, as absolute technology laymen, had to take the help of Mr. Grabe. We could not connect the new laptop to the existing printer. Mr. Grabe then took care of this by remote maintenance in his own way, which we appreciate very much. Thank you.
