Performance equals potential minus interference:
this formula has already picked me up at my first realNLP seminar, the Basic seminar. Michael had explained very understandably that every person has a potential and also impairments (often resulting from one's own history) that can pull this potential down. Accordingly good or bad is the performance. Be it in professional or private life.
I realized that this was exactly my issue. I actually possessed a decent potential, but up to that point I had repeatedly slowed myself down and consequently failed to accomplish a lot of what I wanted to do - or had not even started.
Now, almost two years after my Basic Seminar, I have completed my training as an NLP Coach. I have the courage and the ability to do things that were unthinkable for me two years ago. I stand more by myself and my opinion and have also taken new, exciting paths professionally. Feedback from those around me even went so far as to say that there was a new version of me because the old one had left. That was a great compliment for me.
Thank you very much, dear Olga, Michael, John, Maurice and all the team members. You made learning the NLP elements a great pleasure for me with your clarity, empathy and a lot of humor and helped me a lot to make this incredible change in my life through loving and honest feedback.
An equally heartfelt thank you to everyone who has learned, cried and laughed with me. You are a huge enrichment for me.
