Performance equals potential minus interference:
this formula has already picked me up at my first realNLP seminar, the Basic seminar. Michael had explained very understandably that every person has a potential and also impairments (often resulting from one's own history) that can pull this potential down. Accordingly good or bad is the performance. Be it in professional or private life.

I realized that this was exactly my issue. I actually possessed a decent potential, but up to that point I had repeatedly slowed myself down and consequently failed to accomplish a lot of what I wanted to do - or had not even started.

Now, almost two years after my Basic Seminar, I have completed my training as an NLP Coach. I have the courage and the ability to do things that were unthinkable for me two years ago. I stand more by myself and my opinion and have also taken new, exciting paths professionally. Olga and Michael are really great and authentic trainers. The group size of the NLP trainings are just right for the exercises and besides valuable input in terms of content, as a participant you learn mainly through practical exercises.
It is amazing how easily the two of them manage to achieve great changes in people. Problems that seemed hopeless before dissolve. The techniques can have a very positive effect in both private and business contexts.

I can heartily recommend real NLP with Olga and Michael (and John). They are unbelievably great people and really have it in them to teach you the knowledge in such a way that it is fun, the days fly by and after 8 days you realize that you have understood it on the one hand and can apply it on the other. NLP with high competence, convincing ethical/moral values, entertaining, effective and sometimes at the brain performance limit. Again and again with pleasure.
