Am Anfang war ich sehr skeptisch, habe an keinen Erfolg geglaubt. Nachdem dann die Anzeige nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten ( unsererseits verursacht) Donnerstags eingestellt wurde, wurde ich eines Besseren belehrt. Denn "sage und schreibe" hatten sich innerhalb von 5 Tagen 5 hochkarätige Monteure gemeldet, von denen ich dann 2 eingestellt hatte. Am darauffolgende Wochenende hatten sich dann wiederum 4 Monteure gemeldet. Da dies dann Überhand nahm, hatte ich beschlossen die Aktion zu beenden.
Fazit : der Erfolg rechtfertigt den hohen finanziellen Aufwand.
Die Beauftragung an die Firma Egroma zur Mitarbeitersuche war ein sensationeller Erfolg .
Zukünftig werde ich dies nur noch so machen.

Justin und sein Team leisten sehr gute Arbeit. Unsere Kampagnen laufen seit einer Woche und die ersten 5 Bewerber sind bereits bei uns eingegangen. Wir werden am Ende eine ausführliche Referenz abgeben, denn bisher läuft die Zusammenarbeit besser als wir es uns vorgestellt haben.
