Beratung war nicht nur fachlich sehr gut, sondern auch freundlich, ohne den Eindruck zu erwecken möglichst viel verkaufen zu wollen. Die Lieferung erfolgte exakt zum vereinbarten Termin. Der Monteur war top. Er erklärte ruhig und verständlich alles Wichtige und konnte jede Frage beantworten. Er nahm ohne nachfragen zu müssen das Altgerät mit (das 30 Jahre lang mit nur einer kleinen Reparatur gute Dienste geleistet hatte) Sogar das Verpackungsmaterial war verschwunden als wir uns vom Monteur verabschieden wollten.

Die Arbeit war sehr gut - leider habe ich die Name der beiden Monteure nicht - aber sie waren sehr korrekt - kann somit die Firma sehr empfehlen - wir selbst werden sie weiterhin nutzen. Danke.

Nach eingehender telefonischer, persönlicher Beratung nach unseren individuellen Wünschen wurde die Installation innerhalb weniger Tage bedarfsgerecht und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Servicewüste Deutschland ? Hier definitiv nicht !!!
