I can highly recommend Elo von Knorre's courses. Her offers are "hand-picked", by that I mean she has developed concepts that are unique. She has not only acquired her expertise by studying music, but her decades of experience and constant development are also a great treasure that she is happy to pass on. Her warm, friendly and highly motivating manner makes you want to sing and make music. Her wonderful team supports the participants in the courses with her, so that I know I am well supported and can ask questions at any time. Conclusion: a strong recommendation to book a course with her. It's worth it and is good for the whole person!

I already know Elo and her team from the piano course and can only say that it is incredibly fun and a great enrichment for me. Elo's webinars and videos are very inspiring and motivating, which makes you want to try it all out for yourself. I particularly like Elo's open and warm manner, both in emails and in personal contact. This also applies to her colleagues - the feedback is always very appreciative, motivating and helps me move forward. Thank you for that! I am very happy that I stumbled across Elo's webinar by chance and that she is now accompanying me in my musical development! I can only recommend it to everyone. :-)

In my opinion, Elo's price-performance ratio is more customer-friendly than profit-oriented and that is (still) far too rare in our world!!! Therefore, this should actually be rated as "extremely positive".
Customer service is difficult to assess, as customer service takes place online and I am therefore not able to judge business hours and equipment, etc. very well. What I would still like to see, however, is a feedback option on messengers other than WhatsApp... ;-)

I now have several courses from Elo and can wholeheartedly recommend each one. With her empathetic nature and her ability to explain difficult issues simply, she has helped me to change my "I can't sing" over the course of a year to "I sing with great joy in front of the whole congregation". I also enjoy the opportunity to get feedback from the team. This makes teaching fun!
