In my opinion, Elo's price-performance ratio is more customer-friendly than profit-oriented and that is (still) far too rare in our world!!! Therefore, this should actually be rated as "extremely positive".
Customer service is difficult to assess, as customer service takes place online and I am therefore not able to judge business hours and equipment, etc. very well. What I would still like to see, however, is a feedback option on messengers other than WhatsApp... ;-)
