Top company and staff. Quick appointment. Two gentlemen came, looked at the device briefly. Asked exactly what problems it makes and then was pinpoint and quickly found the error. Defective part ordered within minutes on site. A few days later the information that the part is there. Appointment made. The same two employees as the first time. Device removed within minutes, defective part replaced, device assembled. THIS IS HOW WORK HAS TO BE DONE!!!!! REALLY TOP!!!! Until now I was with RUSZ in Vienna, because I was ripped off years ago by an electrical company during a repair. ELVICE has brought back the trust. THANKS
