Kann Emanuel als Trainer nur weiterempfehlen. Durch ihn hab ich wieder neue Freude am Training gefunden. Konnte mich in den „Big three“ nach langem wieder steigern. Ich habe mich bei ihm wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Man spürt das er weiß wovon er spricht.
I've been with Emanuel since April 2020 and having problems with my back and shoulder, it was a long process to recover but after a few months my overhead and deadlifting improved!
Along other things with my strongman sport, my stability improved tremendously and overall confidence was boosted!
