The planning took a very long time, but the implementation with the installation of the system was very satisfactory. Due to frosty weather, the installation of the electrics was started on two days in January. A super team of three worked quickly, conscientiously, effectively, very thoroughly and visually excellently on the finishing work in the cellar and outside, including the charger up to the edge of the roof. As I said, January was cold and slippery, so in the 4th attempt a new team of 3 did the roof work again. It was simply crazy how the 16 parts were completely assembled from 8:00 to 12:30 at plus 1 degree. I can only recommend Sonneninsel for their craftsmanship and I would like to emphasize two people. Firstly, the salesman Thomas Wiebelitz and the electrician Kutte and then the others. We did not ask or were not told why the planning took exactly 1 year. Today, the whole family, from the 13-year-old great-grandson to the 93-year-old great-grandfather, look at the apps from Sonne and SolarEdge and marvel together at the results of our solar system from Sonneninsel. All German quality and with a long guarantee. We have become happy customers.

What is to be criticized is that there is no detailed billing. All items on the invoice are not listed in detail, but there is a lump sum total.

It took exactly one year from planning to implementation of my solar installation. The planning and implementation process went without a hitch. The employees were available at all times and helped with questions competently and quickly. The implementation (panels and electrical installation) took exactly two working days. Deadlines were met one hundred percent, the construction site was set up smoothly, as was the dismantling of the construction site. Everything was left meticulously clean. All the employees are extremely friendly. My expectations were fully met, if not exceeded.
Conclusion: It is better to spend three euros more, but to get good quality.
As a "bonus" I would like to add that the registration and commissioning of the system via my basic supplier was completed within 7 working days with the renewed assistance of Engergieinsel (Federal State of Brandenburg).

Deadlines were sometimes communicated at very short notice (the day before).

From the first consultation to today, it has been a great experience. The company's staff are always friendly and helpful and always have a solution, no matter what the issue.

The salesman has done his job. We signed the order to retrofit our existing PV system with a storage system. And after signing the order, the salesperson (or another contact person) was difficult or impossible to reach. It was not clear who the contact person/project manager for the project was. This did not make a good impression. Our recommendation: A contact person/project manager who is responsible for the project and approachable. From start to finish. He or she must coordinate and be responsible for the necessary appointments with third parties (network providers, meter replacements, etc.) for the customer. For example, it is difficult to communicate that the customer has to take care of appointments that have to be coordinated between the energy island and the meter fitters, for example. Even if the customer has to take on this task, it would have been helpful if Energieinsel had informed the customer of this and could have completed the project weeks earlier. We recommend urgent improvements here.
The implementation of the order by the fitters working on site was always flawless! The fitters were punctual, friendly and always approachable! They reacted flexibly and professionally to unforeseen challenges! With their work, the fitters were able to make up for a lot of trouble that had arisen for the customer. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the fitters once again - they did a great job!
