From the consultation to the installation, everything was top notch.

What is particularly positive is that modern technology (e.g. individual control of the modules) has now made it possible to install the system economically, unlike in 2019, and that Enerix handles all registrations and completion notifications (energy supplier, Federal Network Agency). Enerix also covers the costs of insuring the system for the current and following year.

Excellent service that can be recommended without reservation. All promises, deadlines etc. were met on time. Extremely friendly and pleasant contact, competent specialists. Quick installation, building site was left "swept clean". Questions were answered immediately, additional requests were implemented without any problems.

Our experience with the company enerix Aichach-Friedberg:
Mr. Csernik was always a friendly, helpful and comprehensively competent partner towards us, who has the necessary experience in PV systems. His advice was technically sound, fact-oriented and never intrusive.

The four-man installation team came to us on Monday as announced weeks in advance and erected the scaffolding including fall protection. After that, the roof work began. On Tuesday evening, all 23 PV modules were fixed and wired up to the basement. We can only express our utmost respect to this team for their commitment, their friendliness, their clean work and their hard work. With a roof pitch of 48° and outside temperatures beyond 30° C, this was hard work.

On Wednesday morning, two electricians arrived and routinely and very expeditiously set up our Fenecon Home and connected it to the house grid. We were also very pleased with these craftsmen, as they were also very friendly and did a clean job. On the same day, we had our first self-generated electricity available at around 3 pm.

So within three consecutive days all the work was done and our Fenecon Home has now been working for about 1 month to our complete satisfaction.

In summary, we can say that we are completely satisfied with enerix Aichach-Friedberg and would immediately install a PV system from them again. The promised fixed price was kept exactly and there were no "additional costs". Everything top! It could not have gone better!
