At the beginning of 2024, we were toying with the idea of purchasing a PV system. First of all, this step meant getting comprehensive information and advice.
My husband had explicitly searched the Internet for local PV system providers and came across enerix Dresden, based in Ottendorf-Okrilla. Shortly after we had sent our inquiry online, we were offered an on-site appointment for 06.02.24. Mr. Noack and Mr. Brochlitz gave us a comprehensive impression of the conditions on site. It should be particularly emphasized that they were the only ones who drew our attention to the fact that the barn roof had been retrofitted beforehand. Our barn roof, which is almost perfect due to its orientation, was covered with bitumen shingles 30 years ago, which can have a negative impact on the roof's lifespan. The two of them made a very nice and competent impression and were able to answer all our questions. This was followed by an appointment at the office in Ottendorf-Okrilla on 16.02.24, where we were able to view both the storage system and various solar panels. After a very informative consultation, we were presented with the offer. Here too, enerix scored with the unique selling point of an on-site consultation including a product presentation. Enerix attaches great importance to working with companies from Germany that offer both high reliability and high quality standards. We were more than surprised by the amount quoted, as we had expected a much higher price for so much quality and service. Despite the additional roof upgrade by an external roofer, we were able to stay within our budget. An adjustment of the quotation from glass-foil to glass-glass was completed quickly. Here too, we were offered a very good alternative in terms of price-performance ratio.
So on 27.02.24 we were able to sign the offer for our 11.76 kWp system with modules from Bauer Solar and a 5.76 kWh storage system including inverter from the market leader RCT. The advice we received regarding the storage system was also excellent; other providers usually offered us much larger storage systems. Enerix, on the other hand, advised us to start with a smaller storage system based on their experience and what can I say, we are currently doing very well with it. If it turns out in the winter months that the storage tank is no longer sufficient, it's no problem to retrofit it modularly.
The coordination with the external roofer was also professional and swift, so that an optimum solution could be found for our roof.
After the roofing work was completed in mid-April, the installation team consisting of 3 very friendly fitters was able to start work. The beams and solar panels were installed quickly and properly within 2 days. On 07.05.23 the electrical work was carried out professionally within 4 hours.
On 08.05.2024 the time had come, Mr. Brochlitz from enerix put the system into operation and gave us a briefing on the app and explained a few more things about the system. The briefing was entertaining and easy to understand.
Since then, we have been producing our own electricity and are very proud to be making a small contribution to the energy transition and making ourselves independent of the electricity market. The system is running great and it's really fun to watch the energy flows on the app.
The only thing missing now is the response from the energy service provider and the official integration and therefore billing of the energy fed into the grid. Ms. Nagora prepared the necessary documents perfectly, so all we had to do was sign them.

As I have already informed you personally by email, after reviewing our current inquiries, there is only one -your- case where the created conception has not yet found its way to the interested party.
We create customer-specific concepts, where it is part of our standard to personally record the concrete conditions on site, as well as to personally explain the concept we have created free of charge for the interested parties. This approach has been explicitly appreciated by all our customers so far. We do not create and send all-round package offers, but rather create a concept that is as modular as possible, which, among other things, leaves the customer open to possible changes in the future. This is explained by us in detail, including possible options and alternatives, in person.
Two weeks after the personal on-site visit, we contacted you by telephone to arrange a joint meeting to present our concept. Unfortunately, due to several weeks of absence, it was not possible for you to propose an appointment until today. Until today there was and there is not a single proposal from your side for a possible personal discussion of the conception. If you are no longer interested, this will of course be accepted on our part. However, as we have already been informed personally, we feel that the evaluation you have given is unfair, since we have spent several hours of time on your project so far and have now been waiting for your proposed appointment since then. As already explained, we are very happy to present our concept to you in person.
