I need to go into a little more detail. I purchased my PV system from another company in 2022. The PV system was not working properly. Despite constant calls and emails over 16 months, the company did not feel compelled to fulfill its warranty obligation. In the meantime, I had already consulted my lawyer and wanted to have the system dismantled. Then came the rescue. Energix Main Tauber. Although I was not yet a customer of Enerix Main-Tauber at the time, they took care of the problem immediately. After a brief description of the situation, three of the company's employees came to my home a few days later and fixed the annoying problem in a very short time after a proper analysis. This company is customer-oriented, professional, fast and reliable. The only thing I regret now is that I didn't buy from them straight away. I can only recommend this company to everyone. The employees are friendly and, above all, customer-oriented. So if you want a photovoltaic system that works and where you are helped immediately if something doesn't work, this is the right place for you. I would like to thank them once again for their help. We had a photovoltaic system installed by Enerix Main-Tauber a few weeks ago and are impressed by the workmanship and service. From the beginning to the end, perfect advice, support and assistance from Enerix, in this case Mr. Martin Michel.
The team from Enerix Main-Tauber, Mr. Martin Michel, delivered what was offered without any compromises. Extremely friendly and meticulous employees installed and commissioned the system in 2 days. The work was carried out perfectly and every question, no matter how stupid, was answered patiently. Very careful work, both on the roof and in the electrical installation.
