I can only say that I am completely satisfied. Within two and a half days, everything was set up, the modules installed on various roofs, the power storage unit and wallbox installed and the heating rod connected. And the system worked and produced immediately afterwards. Nothing was damaged and everything was left clean. The advice and contact was very professional and customer-oriented right from the start. You can tell that all the employees, starting with the boss, really enjoy their work.

I was very satisfied with the first contact with Mr. Friedrich, the quick offer and the early installation of the PV system. The first appointment for a detailed inspection took place on 16.1.24, the offer came on 17.1.24 and the installation and commissioning took place on 6.5.24 and 7.5.24. The construction process was always coordinated nicely and correctly by Ms. Sternberg and the installation team led by Mr. Sternberg was very convincing. We certainly chose the right company (enerix). Thank you very much, the system is running great.

After a long search and comparison of the various offers, I decided on the local company and was not disappointed. The system is up and running after 2 days of construction. I can only make a statement about the benefits after a certain amount of time. I have nothing but positive things to say about the employees from the first meeting, the employee in the office and the employees on site.

I was and am very satisfied with the work of Enerix. There were a few configuration problems with the wallbox, but every time I contacted them, an employee (or the boss himself) came by the very next day and took care of it. The solar system does what it should and is almost invisible on the roof thanks to the black profiles. If you notice the panels anyway, you will also notice that the system was installed perfectly centered and symmetrically on the roof. The electricity storage unit(s) (I have two 3.5 kW storage units) were installed in the utility room and also look good. The fuse box for the house electrics was not fiddled with any more than necessary, but a second fuse box was installed just for the solar system. I don't know if this is standard, but I like it very much. Enerix has even installed a main fuse switch for the entire electrical house installation, which was apparently "forgotten" by the electrician when our house was built. So two thumbs and both big toes up from me.

In our experience, we can fully recommend Enerix in terms of planning, implementation, support, process and information. Our PV system has been running for a few days now. It is amazing that electricity is actually generated even when it is completely cloudy, but of course not much, in January with a 30 kwp system only 4.5 kwh, after all... but on a sunny day in January it generates 10 times as much, 45 kwh. It remains to be seen what the long-term yields will look like.

The PV system was ordered 1.5 years ago and has now been completed. Misunderstandings (roof assignment, PV output) were completely cleared up by the site manager, Mr. Sternberg, through good advice and all questions were answered.
Overall, thanks to your professional work, everything went very well.
