Good and competent advice from Mr. Fröhlich. My many questions were always answered comprehensively by him. The installation of the modules on the roof was done within a few hours by well-rehearsed personnel. The electrical installations within the house were perfectly executed by an experienced and careful master electrician. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. In addition, there were only a few weeks between placing the order and completion, and Mr. Fröhlich organized and personally supervised all the work.

it is a pity that we could not meet your expectations but a business deal has to fit for both sides in the end. Nevertheless, you have received extensive consultations and planning from us completely free of charge in the past weeks, which you could certainly use well for your plant planning. Therefore, it is not exactly fair to receive such an evaluation from you.
Perhaps you also have to deal with customers in your profession and perhaps you cannot always fulfill their wishes and demands. How would you feel if you received such an evaluation for your services afterwards? Even as a customer, you should remain fair even if a deal does not materialize and perhaps rather thank for the service rendered.
