The instructor is competent, enthusiastic and very friendly. He took the time to answer all questions and often provided his explanations with clear examples.
We particularly enjoyed the game at the end.
Fantastic first aid training and very passionate instructor! I was able to learn a lot and now feel confident in my ability to act as a first responder.

One star deduction for the services because I would have liked a more comprehensive handout to read at the end of the course.
The course in Norderstedt was great fun for me. The teacher (Thomas) in particular did a wonderful job of explaining things so that you could listen well but also laugh at times. I would absolutely recommend it!
