I went to Esther with my 8-year-old son because he has various food intolerances (allergies). My son was very skeptical at first, but she was able to create a pleasant atmosphere very quickly with her emphatic manner, for which I am very grateful. He participated very well and we both felt a clear change afterwards, which lasted for a few days. Thank you dear Esther!

I went to Ester with my 6-year-old daughter. I received helpful, simple and practical tips that I was able to put into practice straight away. Maya was very hyper at first and calmed down during the session.
I also learned a lot for myself, especially NEW insights that I was not aware of despite years of therapy experience. I definitely went home with a wow effect!

The online workshops with Ester create a great atmosphere despite the physical distance and Ester responds to each individual participant with great empathy so that you feel like you are in a shared space.
I was particularly enthusiastic about the Vision Board workshop and I can recommend it to everyone.

Ester helped me a lot in a personal crisis. Through her understanding and warm manner, I always felt in good hands. She listened to me attentively and then honestly and clearly reflected how my own behavior affected me and my environment. This allowed me to see myself and my current situation from a different perspective - now I work every day to take care of myself first - a very special process. I am grateful that Ester accompanied me a bit on my way :)

It is always a pleasure to talk to Mrs. Lowak. Was initially somewhat skeptical and not necessarily convinced that the appointments would help me. But was convinced of the opposite and even come from Ottobrunn regularly to cleanse my energy field. Ms. Lowak helps to question habits, to become aware of one's patterns and gives one the courage to approach things consciously. Can only recommend the practice.

My daughter, after each session with Ester immediately changed her behavior. As an example, she was bullied at school and clearly suffered from it, self-esteem was down. After the session this was treated and the days after she confidently dared to defend herself and change her behavior so that it no longer affected her what others said or did.
Also, the spider phobia was treated and since then, her violent reaction has become much more relaxed.

Through Ester's work I get more support and can fully exploit my abilities and talents. Ester Lowak is as warm as she is direct. She clearly holds up a mirror to you, shows you how you are standing in your own way, and helps you release stuck emotions so that you can walk your path liberated and joyful.

After my last session with her, I felt like I was reborn. I have never felt so powerful before - like I could pull out trees. Most importantly, I finally felt like I was MYSELF. Wow.

My challenges in relationships dissolved and I was finally able to give space to my inner artist; to honor her, and to finally take myself seriously as an artist. Since then, my whole life is Next Level.

Thank you Ester. I couldn't have done this without you.

I highly recommend Ester. I went to see her to resolve recurring patterns in my upbringing and relationship with my children. Through various techniques, especially with Human Design, she was able to help me understand connections. Already after the 1st session I could notice a change in us. She is sensitive, but doesn't wrap you up in absorbent cotton. She helped me understand myself and my children better. Apart from the fact that the practice is very nice, I felt very comfortable with Ester.

I was with my daughter at the dear Ester because of the learning difficulties (reading and math) of my daughter. Through her positive and warm manner, we immediately felt at ease. This appointment really surpassed everything. After the appointment, my daughter picked up a book and began to read and did so very confidently. She could hardly believe it herself that the reading went much more fluently. She also has a much better understanding of numbers now. We are still overwhelmed and thank Ester from the bottom of our hearts.
