I've been working with eTermin since 2015, and I've loved it from the beginning, but now it's even better and clearer. Not only do 85% of our customers now make their appointments online, but we can focus more on our customers on site. The phone rings less, which means less stress, and yet our appointment calendar is full. It is also great that I can continue to use my Ical as usual. So I don't feel "forced" or tied down like with other providers. Online also in other languages, I think - nowhere else? I get along very well with it myself to make changes. But I always get competent help when I need it. The only thing missing now is a "checkout" function.
