After 5 years, my video door intercom system partially stopped working.
After a nice phone call with error description, I was immediately assured that a reset would remedy the situation. Shortly, I was sent detailed instructions and a video link for this. After performing the reset, the error was actually fixed.

Since it is already the third plant (the others have not withstood wetness or have not coped with the distance of 50m) and about 2 hours after finished installation there has been a cloudburst downpour. Our installation goes wonderfully !!!! Especially pleasing is the very clear operation and the quality of the camera. Even if one day the plant no longer goes for age reasons, we would take this model again at any time. Very praiseworthy is the young man on the phone, which is very competent and polite answers questions . An enrichment for the company!!!!!. In this sense we say thank you very much for this plant. Good fast advice, spare parts are available immediately and then still with super fast shipping.
Prices are OK, if you only pay attention to cheap will also be cheap quality, then but rather fair prices.
Better I can not imagine a settlement.
